What it is
A multiplatform MVP for a regulated financial services platform, built for a client. The institution, the product and the brand are under NDA and will stay that way — what we can describe is the engineering: a backend, an internal operations dashboard, and a mobile app on iOS and Android, plus the infrastructure they run on.
Why it exists
Regulated finance is a domain where every state transition has to be auditable, permissions have to be provable rather than assumed, and onboarding has to satisfy a regulator as well as a user. Spreading that across three surfaces is where it gets hard: a dashboard and a mobile app that disagree with the server about who may do what is a compliance incident rather than a bug. So the contract comes first — one definition generating the server, the dashboard's client and the mobile client, with the permission each call requires declared in the contract itself — and durable workflows, so a half-finished operation resumes instead of corrupting.
Our part in it
We designed and built it end to end — the contract and the backend behind it, the operations dashboard, the iOS and Android app, and the infrastructure underneath. The MVP is delivered; the platform is not yet serving customers. We are happy to talk through the engineering on a call.
