What it is
A regulated financial services platform, built for a client. The institution, the product and the brand are under NDA and will stay that way — what we can describe is the engineering.
Why it exists
Regulated finance is a domain where every state transition has to be auditable, permissions have to be provable rather than assumed, and onboarding has to satisfy a regulator as well as a user. That shape of problem is the same whoever the client is: a contract-first backend so the clients cannot drift from the server, durable workflows so a half-finished operation resumes instead of corrupting, and an audit trail that is a product feature rather than a log file.
Our part in it
We are lead architect on it — the backend and its API contracts, the operations dashboard, the iOS and Android app, and the infrastructure underneath. The MVP is delivered. We are happy to talk through the engineering on a call.
