Mycarro (beta) is released!

Introduction

We are very happy to share the Mycarro (beta) release. It is a new generation car search engine, beta-released in Portugal in 2024 — mycarro.app.

One search over the whole market

Buying a used car in Portugal means opening the same search on several portals and reconciling the answers yourself. Mycarro aggregates adverts from across the market and normalises them into one shape, so a single search runs over all of them at once.

You can narrow that search by brand, by fuel type, by body style and by district, and the counts beside each option come from the listings actually available rather than from a fixed menu.

What the beta covers

The beta is the consumer side: search, the vehicle pages behind it, saved searches and share links. It is live in Portugal, and Portugal is where we are collecting the feedback that decides what comes next.

There is more built behind it, for the dealers whose stock appears in those results. That is not released yet, and we will write about it when it is.
